Ultra-wide prepainted aluminum coil is produced by dedicated wide-width continuous coating line. Process: aluminum coil uncoiling → surface degreasing and cleaning → chromate-free conversion treatment → primer coating → top coating curing → back coating → cooling → online flatness & color inspection → slitting / rewinding → finished product packing. Strict online monitoring ensures full-width coating uniformity and plate flatness. Every batch undergoes coating adhesion, flexibility and weather resistance tests.

Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be provided. We strictly check flatness, surface scratches and dimensional tolerance to meet high requirements of large panel manufacturers.
Standard seaworthy export packing. Ultra-wide aluminum coils wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, fixed on fumigated wooden pallets. Heavy-duty edge guards are installed to prevent edge damage during sea transport. Custom packing solution available for special container loading needs.
