PVDF coated channel letter aluminum coil is prefinished aluminum strip designed for forming the returns, or sidewalls, of three-dimensional channel letters. It is suitable for sign manufacturers, advertising fabricators and material distributors producing outdoor LED letters, storefront signage, halo-lit letters, reverse-lit letters and dimensional commercial logos.
The front surface uses a PVDF paint coating for projects requiring enhanced outdoor weather resistance and color retention. The aluminum strip is supplied in continuous coil form and can be processed with compatible manual forming equipment or automatic channel letter bending machines.
