This 1050 H14 color coated aluminium coil is a premium pre-painted pure aluminum material specially engineered for HVAC air duct fabrication. 1050 alloy contains ≥99.5% aluminum, paired with H14 half-hard temper, achieving a balanced performance of rigidity and roll-formability. The continuous coil coating line applies uniform PE / SMP / PVDF top coating, delivering stable color, strong coating adhesion and reliable anti-corrosion performance. With fixed 1.2mm thickness, it is widely adopted for ventilation duct, insulation jacketing and HVAC casing production, easy for slitting, bending and lock forming without coating cracking.

H14 half-hard temper offers proper stiffness and ductility. It supports roll forming, bending, lock seam and cutting for air duct shapes. The coating keeps good flexibility and will not crack during fabrication.
Natural passive oxide film of 1050 aluminum plus organic coating protects substrate from moisture, condensation and mild chemical erosion inside ventilation systems, greatly extending service life of air ducts.
Low density of aluminum reduces overall load of HVAC system. Stable thermal conductivity avoids deformation under normal working temperature of ventilation ducts.
Continuous coating process ensures consistent gloss and color difference. Smooth surface reduces dust adhesion on the inner and outer surface of air ducts, easy for cleaning.
