3105 is an aluminum-manganese alloy widely used in building products where corrosion resistance, strength and low material weight are required. H18 temper provides relatively high hardness and rigidity for suitable corrugated roofing, siding and profiled panel applications.
Because H18 is a harder temper, the required bend radius, corrugation geometry and forming method should be evaluated before production. Trial material can be used when profiles include tight bends, deep corrugations or demanding edge-forming operations.
Aluminum naturally develops a protective oxide layer, while the lacquered surface provides an additional barrier against moisture and atmospheric exposure. Coating selection can be adjusted according to coastal salt exposure, rainfall, ultraviolet radiation and the required exterior service conditions.
Aluminum provides a lightweight material option for large roof and facade areas, supporting easier coil handling, panel transportation and installation. The final gauge should be selected according to panel shape, support spacing, wind load and structural design requirements.
Prepainted coil provides a finished surface before roll-forming, allowing roofing and facade manufacturers to process coated material directly into profiles. Color, coating type and gloss can be approved before volume production for repeat project supply.
PE coating provides an economical prepainted surface for general residential, agricultural and light commercial construction. It can be selected where standard color, surface protection and exterior performance are required.
SMP coating can be considered for projects requiring improved exterior durability compared with conventional polyester systems. The final formulation should be selected according to UV exposure, rainfall, color requirement and expected service conditions.
Optional heat-reflective PVDF coating can be specified where stronger UV resistance, exterior color retention and reduced solar heat absorption at the coated surface are important project considerations.
Heat-reflective performance varies with coating formulation, pigment and color. Buyers requiring a specific solar or infrared reflectance value should provide the required test method and acceptance criteria before coating approval.
Custom widths from 800 mm to 1250 mm allow roofing manufacturers to match incoming coil dimensions to their corrugating and roll-forming equipment. Selecting the correct feed width can reduce unnecessary trimming and improve material utilization during continuous panel production.
Buyers can provide the required feed width, finished panel coverage, profile drawing, corrugation dimensions and forming-machine information. The production width and tolerance can then be confirmed before the order is released.
The coil can be processed using suitable equipment for corrugating, profiling, slitting, bending and crimping. For demanding profiles, testing the proposed H18 temper, coating type and gauge on the customer's actual production line is recommended before large-volume supply.
3105 H18 lacquered aluminum coil can be used as incoming material for suitable corrugated and profiled roof panels used on homes, workshops, warehouses, agricultural buildings and commercial facilities.
The coil can also be formed into facade siding and exterior wall profiles where lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and consistent color are required. Roof and wall materials can be produced in coordinated color specifications.
Applications include residential roofing, farm buildings, agricultural sheds, storage structures, workshops and exterior wall panels where lightweight prepainted material is preferred.
Custom-width coil can support continuous production of roof and wall panels for warehouses, distribution buildings, industrial sheds and prefabricated structures requiring larger quantities of consistent material.
Potential applications include maintenance buildings, workshops, storage facilities, site offices and other project structures. Gauge and coating selection should be confirmed according to the actual site environment and engineering requirements.
Standard RAL colors and custom-matched shades are available. For repeat project orders, an approved color sample or color standard should be retained as the reference for subsequent production batches.
Gloss and surface appearance can be discussed according to the coating system and architectural requirements. Buyers should confirm color and finish before mass production when roof and facade panels need a coordinated appearance.
Protective film can be discussed where the coated surface requires additional protection during slitting, roll-forming, handling, transport or installation. Film type and peel strength should be matched to the downstream process.
Production can be inspected according to the agreed alloy, temper, dimensions, coating system, color and project requirements. Inspection items can be defined before production for distributor, OEM and project orders.
Alloy and temper verification
Thickness and width inspection
Surface appearance inspection
Color and gloss comparison
Coating adhesion testing
Bending or forming evaluation where required
Project-specific salt-spray or weathering tests where agreed

Yes, 3105 H18 can be used for suitable corrugated and profiled roofing applications where relatively high hardness and panel rigidity are required. Because H18 is a harder temper, the corrugation geometry, bend radius and forming equipment should be confirmed before volume production.
Custom production widths from 800 mm to 1250 mm are available for this product. Buyers can provide their required feed width or finished roofing profile drawing so the correct coil width can be confirmed.
The available thickness range is 0.14 mm to 1.2 mm. Final gauge should be selected according to the finished panel profile, structural support, wind conditions and engineering requirements.
PE can be considered for general construction, SMP for improved exterior durability, and PVDF for more demanding UV and weather exposure. The final choice should consider the project location, required color retention, exposure conditions and budget.
Yes. Heat-reflective PVDF can be discussed for projects requiring reduced solar heat absorption at the coated surface. If a specific reflectance value is required, the color, coating formulation, test method and target value should be agreed before production.
Yes, provided the selected coating system is appropriate for the actual salt, humidity and UV exposure. For demanding coastal projects, buyers should provide the required environmental conditions and any salt-spray or coating-performance criteria.
Yes. Standard RAL colors and custom sample matching are available. A physical color sample is recommended when close matching to an existing roof or facade system is required.
Yes. Custom-width production can support distributors, roofing manufacturers, metal-processing workshops and project buyers. Order quantity, coil configuration, production schedule and shipping terms can be confirmed according to the purchase plan.
Please provide the required thickness, width, coating system, RAL or custom color, application, quantity and destination port. Roofing manufacturers can also provide feed width and profile drawings for more accurate material confirmation.
