Horizontal and vertical packaging.
Horizontal type is the default packaging method of color-coated roll manufacturers. It is wrapped with iron sheet on the outside and moisture-proof paper on the inside. The inner diameter of the roll is 508/610mm. Some customers also have special requirements. An iron sleeve is added inside to prevent the embankment from rolling. An iron sleeve is required. There are additional charges, and prices vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Vertical packaging appeared later than horizontal packaging. Its advantages are: it is more secure during transportation, can avoid roll collapse without using iron sleeves, and ensures that the color-coated rolls are delivered to customers safely and without scars.
Of course, this also comes with additional costs, because vertical packaging is more troublesome than horizontal packaging during vehicle loading and unloading. As customers' requirements for product quality increase, more and more people choose vertical delivery.
