Embossed aluminum is produced by precision embossing roller calendering. Process flow: aluminum coil uncoiling → surface degreasing & cleaning → rolling embossing with patterned roller → optional color coating / anodizing → PE protective film lamination → cooling → online inspection of pattern integrity & flatness → slitting / rewinding → finished product packing. The embossed texture is pressed into aluminum substrate permanently, not printed coating. Each batch checks pattern uniformity, mechanical property and corrosion resistance.

Standard seaworthy export packing. Embossed aluminum coils are covered with PE protective film, wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, fixed on fumigated wooden pallets.
