AA3003 H22 color coated aluminium coil is designed for refrigerator panels, washing-machine housings, air-conditioner covers, water-heater shells, electrical cabinets and other appliance or equipment panels requiring a lightweight metal substrate with consistent color, practical corrosion resistance and reliable forming performance.
The material uses AA3003 aluminum-manganese alloy in H22 temper with a PE polyester coating system. Thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.0 mm are available, with standard widths of 1000 mm, 1220 mm and 1250 mm plus customized widths. RAL colors, customer-matched colors and smooth, matte or brushed surface finishes can be supplied according to the appliance design and production process.
H22 is a strain-hardened and partially annealed temper with approximately quarter-hard strength. It provides more rigidity than annealed material while retaining useful ductility for suitable bending, stamping and roll-forming operations.

AA3003 is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-manganese alloy widely used for formed sheet-metal components. The H22 temper provides more handling rigidity than fully annealed material while retaining useful ductility for suitable shallow stamping, bending, roll-forming and enclosure-panel fabrication.
For deep drawing, tight-radius bending or complex stamped geometries, the final temper, gauge and forming sequence should be validated with the customer's tooling before production.
The combination of 3003 alloy, H22 temper and controlled coil processing provides useful rigidity for appliance skins and equipment covers while keeping material weight low. Final flatness and dent resistance depend on panel dimensions, embossing or stiffening details, gauge and support structure.
AA3003 provides good atmospheric corrosion resistance for normal appliance and equipment environments. The pretreatment and PE coating provide additional surface protection against humidity, fingerprints and routine environmental exposure.
Coil coating provides a continuous painted surface before stamping or panel fabrication. For appliance manufacturers, color difference, gloss and coating appearance can be controlled against an approved sample to support repeat production and multi-batch programs.
Smooth PE-coated aluminum is suitable for appliance skins and equipment panels requiring a clean, uniform painted appearance. Gloss level and color can be specified according to product design requirements.
Matte finishes reduce reflected glare and provide a softer visual appearance for appliance housings, electrical cabinets and industrial equipment panels.
Brushed surfaces provide a directional metallic texture for visible appliance and decorative panels. Brushing direction, coating color and protective-film requirements should be confirmed before production.
Color coated aluminum can be used for suitable refrigerator doors, side panels, trim components and freezer housings where low weight, corrosion resistance and consistent decorative appearance are required.
Applications include side panels, covers, trim and decorative surfaces for washing machines and related equipment. Coating adhesion and corrosion performance should be matched to humidity, detergent exposure and forming requirements.
AA3003 H22 coated aluminum can be used for selected air-conditioner covers, ventilation-equipment panels and decorative housings. Outdoor units requiring stronger UV, salt or weather resistance may need a higher-durability coating system than standard indoor PE.
The material can be evaluated for water-heater covers, microwave outer panels, small-appliance housings and other decorative sheet-metal parts where the operating temperature remains compatible with the approved coating system.
Applications include PLC cabinets, distribution-box covers, control-panel shells, ventilation equipment and automation-equipment enclosures. Final gauge, coating and structural design should be selected according to panel size and mechanical requirements.
H22 temper can support suitable shallow and moderate stamping operations when component geometry and tooling are properly matched to the material. For deeper draws, forming trials should be completed before production.
The material can be bent and folded into enclosure and appliance-panel shapes using suitable bend radii. The minimum radius should be verified against thickness, coating flexibility and visible-surface requirements.
Coils can be processed by shearing, blanking, punching and other sheet-metal operations. Tool condition and edge clearance should be controlled to maintain clean cut edges and reduce deformation.
Protective film can be discussed for visible appliance surfaces that require additional protection during slitting, stamping, bending, assembly and transportation. Film adhesion should be matched to the forming process and removal conditions.
For high-volume appliance manufacturing, dimensional and surface consistency are as important as basic alloy properties. Inspection requirements can be agreed before production according to the customer's forming line and visual standards.
Alloy and temper verification
Thickness and width measurement
Coil flatness and surface inspection
Color and gloss consistency
Coating thickness and adhesion where specified
Bend or forming evaluation where required
Protective-film and finished-surface inspection where applicable
In addition to 1000 mm, 1220 mm and 1250 mm standard widths, custom widths can be discussed according to blanking size, stamping-line feed requirements and material-utilization targets.
RAL colors and customer-approved physical samples can be used as the production color reference. For repeat programs, an approved master sample should be retained to support color consistency across batches.
Smooth, matte and brushed appearances can be developed according to appliance brand requirements. Gloss level, brushing direction, protective film and reverse-side treatment can be included in the purchase specification.

For stamped appliance panels, drawings showing bend radii, draw depth, blank size and visible-surface requirements are useful for evaluating whether AA3003 H22 is appropriate for the component.
H22 means the aluminum has been strain hardened and then partially annealed to approximately quarter-hard strength. It provides more rigidity than O temper while retaining useful ductility for suitable forming operations.
No. H22 is approximately quarter hard. For 3003 alloy, H24 is the temper more commonly associated with approximately half-hard strength.
Yes, for suitable shallow and moderate stamped components. Deep drawing, tight corners or complex shapes should be validated with production samples because forming performance depends on thickness, tooling, draw ratio and coating flexibility.
The standard range for this product is 0.4 mm to 1.0 mm. Final thickness should be selected according to panel dimensions, stiffness, forming requirements and finished appliance design.
Yes. RAL references or physical color samples can be used for matching. When appearance is critical, color, gloss and texture should be approved together before volume production.
Standard PE can be suitable for many indoor and protected applications. Equipment exposed to strong UV, salt air, high humidity or demanding outdoor weather may require a higher-durability coating system. The service environment should be specified before material selection.
Yes. Protective film can be discussed for visible appliance panels to reduce surface damage during slitting, stamping, bending, assembly and shipping. Film adhesion should be matched to the production process.
Please provide thickness, width, RAL or sample color, gloss, smooth/matte/brushed finish, coating requirements, application, order quantity and destination. For stamped parts, component drawings are also useful.
