DINGANG brick-pattern PPAL prepainted aluminium coil is a coated aluminium facing material for aluminium composite panel (ACP/ACM) manufacturing and architectural decoration. The painted finish provides a brick-inspired appearance while the aluminium substrate supports lightweight panel fabrication. This product is supplied as prepainted aluminium coil, not a finished composite panel.
Available alloy options include AA1050, AA1100, AA3003, AA3004 and AA3105, with PE or PVDF coating choices. Coil thickness, width, temper, coating build and brick-pattern color reference can be specified to suit the panel manufacturer’s process and project requirements.

ACP manufacturers use coated aluminium face sheets with a suitable core and bonding system to create finished composite panels. For decorative exterior wall projects, brick-pattern coil can provide the visual effect of masonry without using individual masonry units as the exposed facing. Appearance, panel flatness, adhesion and folding behavior must be checked in the finished ACP assembly.
The aluminium skin, the reverse-side surface treatment, the lamination adhesive and the core must be compatible. The fire classification and structural suitability of a completed ACP system depend on the finished panel assembly and relevant testing, not on the prepainted coil alone.

Confirm the selected face-skin gauge, width, tolerance and coating system before production.
PVDF-coated aluminium is commonly preferred for ACP installed on exposed exterior walls, curtain-wall facades and commercial buildings because long-term UV resistance, weatherability and appearance retention are important. The project environment, required coating thickness, primer/topcoat configuration and approved color sample should be reviewed before ordering.
PE-coated aluminium provides a decorative, economical finish for interior ACP, signage, ceilings and other less-demanding exposures. PE selection for an exterior application should be based on a confirmed coating specification and the expected environmental conditions rather than color alone.
Brick-pattern appearance can be discussed together with RAL-based colors, approved physical samples and gloss preferences. Smooth-coated and stucco-embossed surface options are available for specification review. For printed or special-effect patterns, approve a physical sample for pattern scale, shade, repeat direction and coating suitability before mass production.
Architectural appearance: Brick-inspired finishes offer a decorative surface for building exteriors, entrances, fascia and selected feature walls.
Corrosion and weather protection: Aluminium naturally forms a protective oxide layer, while the selected coating adds a barrier against environmental exposure. Final performance depends on the coating system and service conditions.
Lightweight and formable: Prepainted aluminium is suitable for conversion into composite panel facings when the alloy, temper and panel-forming requirements are compatible.
Color and finish selection: RAL references, custom appearance samples, smooth coating and stucco-embossed surfaces help fabricators coordinate designs across a project.
Maintenance and recyclability: Coated aluminium surfaces can be cleaned under the coating supplier’s maintenance guidance; aluminium is recyclable, subject to the finished assembly and local recycling process.
Project-specific performance: UV resistance, reflectivity, coating durability and whole-life value depend on the selected finish, exposure conditions, maintenance and the complete wall system.

Coils are supplied with export-oriented wooden pallet packing. The listed reference is approximately 2.5 tons per pallet, with a 508 mm coil inside diameter and eye-to-wall or eye-to-sky orientation on request. Actual coil weight, pallet weight and loading arrangements should be agreed for the destination and handling equipment.
For an accurate quotation, please provide: aluminium alloy and temper; substrate thickness and width; required ACP facing application; PE or PVDF coating system; brick-pattern image or physical reference; color/gloss; front and back coating requirements; coil ID, weight and packing; order quantity; destination port; and target delivery date.
It is prepainted aluminium coil with a decorative brick-inspired appearance, intended for use as a coated facing material in ACP/ACM manufacture or other architectural products. It is not a complete aluminium composite panel.
It can be specified for exterior ACP facing applications when the selected alloy, gauge, coating system and lamination process meet the project requirements. The finished ACP system must be separately assessed for applicable fire, structural and facade performance requirements.
PVDF is generally preferred for exposed exterior facades requiring strong weathering and color-retention performance. PE is commonly used for interior or less-demanding decorative applications. Confirm suitability against the intended exposure and approved coating specification.
The listed alloys are AA1050, AA1100, AA3003, AA3004 and AA3105, with an overall coil range of 0.15–3.0 mm thickness and 100–2650 mm width. Specific combinations and ACP facing gauges must be confirmed before ordering.
Color matching and brick-pattern requirements can be discussed using a RAL reference, pattern file or physical sample. Final appearance, gloss, repeat direction and production feasibility should be approved using a sample.
No fire rating is established by the aluminium coil specification alone. Fire performance depends on the composite panel core, complete panel construction, mounting system and applicable testing or certification.
The listed MOQ is 3 metric tons, and the indicative production/delivery period is 15–45 days after receipt of deposit or L/C. Confirm the actual schedule for each color, specification and order volume.
Include the alloy, temper, aluminium gauge, coil width, PE/PVDF coating, brick pattern or color reference, front/back film requirements, order quantity, coil packing preferences, destination and required delivery date.
