Custom RAL color prepainted aluminum is available in coil, flat sheet and narrow strip forms for construction, architectural decoration, roller shutters, roofing, wall cladding, ceilings, gutters, signage and fabricated equipment panels. Supplying multiple product forms from a coordinated coating specification helps contractors and fabricators maintain a consistent project appearance across different components.
The standard substrate options include 1060 and 3003 aluminum, with PE polyester and PVDF fluorocarbon coating systems available according to indoor or outdoor exposure requirements. RAL colors, custom matched colors, matte, gloss, metallic, wood-grain and stone-effect finishes can be produced subject to coating-system and order confirmation.
Coil can be supplied for continuous roll-forming, sheets can be cut for panel fabrication, and narrow strip can be slit for roller shutter, trim and profile production. Buyers can specify the same approved color reference across all three product forms to support coordinated project supply.

PE polyester offers broad color availability, practical forming performance and economical coating cost. It is suitable for interior ceilings, signage, appliances, decorative panels and other applications where severe long-term UV exposure is not the primary requirement.
PVDF coating can be specified for roofing, façades, exterior wall cladding, roller shutters and other applications requiring stronger resistance to ultraviolet radiation and outdoor weathering.
Required color retention, gloss retention, corrosion resistance and warranty period should be confirmed against the selected PVDF system, color, project location and exposure conditions rather than assumed from the resin name alone.
Coastal and high-corrosion projects should specify the complete substrate, pretreatment, primer, topcoat, film thickness, cut-edge design and fastening system. Salt-spray test duration alone does not establish outdoor service life, so the required test and acceptance criteria should be agreed before order confirmation.
RAL references can be used for project color selection across coil, sheet and strip forms. Where several material forms are required in one project, they can be scheduled against the same approved color standard to improve visual consistency.
Colors outside the standard RAL range can be matched from an approved physical sample where technically feasible. Buyers should specify color, gloss and viewing requirements because substrate, coating type and surface texture can influence final appearance.
For multi-phase construction projects, an approved master sample and agreed color-difference tolerance can be retained as the production reference. Coil, sheet and strip supplied in separate batches should be checked against the approved reference rather than described as having absolute zero color difference.
Solid colors can be supplied in selected gloss levels for roofing, ceilings, wall systems, roller shutters, gutters, signs and equipment housings.
Silver, gold, bronze and other metallic appearances can be developed according to approved samples. Metallic colors should be reviewed with attention to coating direction and panel orientation because visual appearance can vary with viewing angle.
Decorative wood-grain and stone-effect finishes are available for architectural trim, interior decoration, shutter components and specialty panels. Pattern, color, base coating and intended exposure should be confirmed before production.
Roller shutter manufacturers can purchase master coil for in-house slitting or specify finished narrow strip to match individual slat roll-forming lines. Strip width, coil weight, core diameter and winding direction should be included in the purchase specification.
Aluminum alloy, temper and coating flexibility should be selected together for roller shutter slats. Tight ribs, hooks and locking profiles place localized strain on the coating, so new profiles should be trial-formed before volume production.
Protective film can be supplied where the painted surface requires additional protection during slitting, roll-forming, assembly and transport. For shutters that experience frequent opening and closing, a higher-durability coating can also be evaluated against the required abrasion resistance.
Prepainted aluminum coil and sheet can be fabricated into suitable roofing profiles, wall panels, architectural cladding and related exterior components. Coating grade should be selected according to UV exposure, climate and required project durability.
PE-coated coil and sheet are suitable for many interior ceilings, decorative panels, partitions and trim applications where broad color selection and economical decorative performance are required.
Coil and strip can be supplied for gutter, flashing and rainwater components. The coating system and reverse-side protection should be selected according to water exposure and forming requirements.
Flat sheet and coil can be used for sign substrates, billboard panels, trim and fabricated display components. Matte, gloss, metallic and custom corporate colors can be matched to approved references.
Color coated aluminum can be used for selected air-conditioner panels, refrigerator housings, water-heater covers and industrial equipment enclosures where lightweight construction and finished color are required.
Aluminum coil uncoiling → surface degreasing and cleaning → chemical pretreatment → primer roller coating → controlled curing → topcoat application → final baking and cooling → online coating and color inspection → optional protective-film lamination → coil rewinding, sheet cutting or narrow-strip slitting → final inspection → export packaging.
Pretreatment chemistry, coating build and curing conditions are selected according to the agreed coating system. Chrome-free pretreatment can be specified where required by the customer or destination-market specification.
Inspection can be performed against the approved order specification before shipment. Color-sensitive architectural projects should define both a reference sample and an acceptable measurement tolerance.
Alloy and temper verification where specified
Substrate thickness and finished dimensions
Coating thickness measurement
Color and gloss comparison with approved reference
Surface appearance inspection
Coating adhesion testing where required
T-bend or forming test where specified
Weathering or corrosion testing according to agreed project requirements

Coils can be protected with moisture-resistant wrapping, kraft paper, edge protection and export-grade wooden pallets, with steel or suitable reinforced strapping according to coil weight and transport requirements.
Flat sheets can use interleaving protection, corner guards, waterproof wrapping and wooden pallets to reduce surface rubbing and edge damage during international transport.
Narrow coils can be individually wrapped with paper or moisture-resistant film, separated where necessary and secured to pallets according to slit width, coil diameter and downstream handling method.
For faster quotation and production confirmation, please provide the required product form, aluminum alloy, temper where applicable, thickness, width or sheet dimensions, RAL code or color sample, coating system, coating thickness, gloss, surface effect, quantity and destination.
For roller shutter production, please also provide slit width, finished slat profile, coil ID, preferred coil weight and forming requirements. For architectural projects, provide expected exposure environment and any required weathering, salt-spray or color-retention test criteria.

Yes. Coil, cut sheet and narrow strip can be supplied against the same approved RAL or custom color reference. Because production batches and product forms can create minor appearance variation, critical projects should define an approved master sample and acceptable color tolerance.
PE is economical and suitable for many interior, sheltered and mild-service applications. PVDF is generally preferred for long-term exterior roofing, façades and other applications with stronger UV and weather exposure. Final selection should consider location, color-retention requirements and expected service environment.
Yes. RAL colors and custom colors matched to approved physical samples are available. Color, gloss, coating type and surface texture should be approved together before mass production.
Yes. Wood-grain and stone-effect decorative finishes can be supplied for suitable coil, sheet and strip applications. Pattern, base color, surface process and exposure requirements should be confirmed before production.
PVDF is commonly selected for demanding exterior applications because of its weathering performance. Coastal suitability should still be evaluated from the complete pretreatment, primer, topcoat, coating thickness, fastener system and local chloride exposure rather than relying on a single salt-spray duration.
Yes. Narrow strip can be slit to match suitable roller shutter production lines. Buyers should provide the required slit width, alloy, temper, coating, slat profile, core diameter and coil-weight preference.
Suitable prepainted aluminum can withstand forming when alloy, temper, coating flexibility and bend radius are matched correctly. A universal 180-degree no-crack guarantee should not be assumed; tight profiles should be evaluated by T-bend or actual production trial.
An approved RAL reference or physical master sample can be retained for repeat orders. Color can then be compared visually and, where required, instrumentally against an agreed tolerance before shipment.
Please provide coil, sheet or strip form; alloy; thickness; width or sheet size; RAL code or color sample; PE or PVDF coating; gloss; surface finish; protective-film requirements; order quantity and destination.
