Continuous coil coating production line is adopted for curtain wall color coated aluminum. Process flow: aluminum coil uncoiling → degreasing and surface cleaning → chromate-free conversion treatment → primer coating → top coating curing → back coating → cooling → online quality inspection → slitting / rewinding → finished product packaging. Conversion treatment improves bonding force between coating and aluminum substrate. Each batch is tested for coating adhesion, flexibility and weather resistance to guarantee stable performance for exterior facade.

We carry out full set of inspection items before shipment: coating thickness test, color difference test, cross-cut adhesion test, T-bend flexibility test, impact resistance test, salt spray test and accelerated aging UV test. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be provided together with goods. We strictly check coil flatness, surface scratches and dimensional tolerance to meet high requirements of curtain wall manufacturers.
Standard seaworthy export packing. Aluminum coils wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, fixed on fumigated wooden pallets. Edge guards are equipped to prevent edge damage during sea transport. Customized packing solution can be arranged for special container loading requirements.
