3105 H16 prepainted aluminum strip is color-coated aluminum roll stock designed for manufacturing rain gutters, downspouts, drainage profiles and related exterior roof-water-management components. The material can be slit to the required feed width and supplied in coil or strip form for continuous roll-forming production.
The H16 temper provides a useful balance between strength and formability for suitable gutter and downspout profiles. During production, the strip can be fed, roll formed, bent, cut and processed into the required drainage profile according to the customer's machine and finished product design.
Dingang supplies coated aluminum strip with controlled coating properties, customizable slit widths, architectural colors and export packaging. Buyers can specify thickness, width, coating system, color, gloss, coil core and other production requirements according to their gutter-forming equipment.

3105-H16 provides a useful combination of material strength and forming capability for suitable rainwater-drainage profiles. The final thickness and profile geometry should be matched to the roll-forming machine, bending radius and finished gutter requirements.
Slit aluminum strip can be supplied according to the feed width of the customer's gutter or downspout forming line. Continuous coil-fed production supports efficient manufacturing of long gutter sections and repeated drainage profiles.
Aluminum does not rust in the same way as ordinary carbon steel. Combined with an appropriate pretreatment and exterior coating system, 3105 aluminum provides a practical material for rain gutters and downspouts exposed to moisture and outdoor weather.
Prepainted aluminum allows gutter manufacturers to form finished colored products directly from coil stock. This reduces the need for secondary painting after roll forming and helps maintain a consistent architectural appearance.
The strip width can be selected according to the finished profile and forming-machine feed requirement. Proper starting width can reduce trimming, improve coil feeding and minimize unnecessary material waste.

Rain gutter and downspout production involves repeated bending and roll forming. The coating therefore needs to remain sufficiently flexible during profile formation while maintaining adhesion to the aluminum substrate.
T-bend, impact resistance and forming trials are useful indicators when evaluating coated material for a new profile. Buyers should also confirm the actual bend radii and forming sequence used by their production equipment.
For gutter manufacturing, slit width is not only a dimensional specification. It must match the feed requirement of the roll-forming machine and the developed width of the finished gutter or downspout profile.
The listed slitting capability ranges from 15 mm to 2650 mm. Final width should be specified according to the customer's equipment rather than selected only from a general coil-width range.
Burrs and irregular slit edges should be minimized because excessive burrs can interfere with feeding, mark forming rolls, create handling problems or affect the edge appearance of finished drainage components.

Color-coated aluminum allows gutter and downspout manufacturers to coordinate rainwater systems with roofing, fascia, soffits, siding, windows and exterior wall finishes.
Listed color options include white, silver, anthracite grey, brown and wood-look finishes. Additional colors can be produced according to RAL K5/K7 references, Pantone references or approved customer samples.
Where repeat batch consistency is important, buyers should provide the previously approved color reference and specify acceptable gloss and color tolerance before production.

Specify whether the material will be used for a rain gutter, downspout, downpipe or another drainage component. A profile drawing helps determine the required starting width and forming requirements.
Thickness affects finished rigidity, machine forming force and profile stability. Provide the required nominal thickness and tolerance according to the gutter system and forming equipment.
The slit width should match the developed profile width and gutter-machine feed requirement. Providing the machine model or approved feed width helps reduce specification errors.
Specify the required primer, topcoat, coating thickness, gloss and exterior-performance requirements. If an existing approved coating specification is used, include it with the inquiry.
Provide a RAL, Pantone, NCS or customer color reference together with the required gloss level where color coordination with roofing or façade materials is important.
The current product information lists 405 mm and 505 mm core diameters. Confirm the core size and acceptable coil weight against the uncoiler or feeding system used on the production line.

It is used as coated roll-forming material for rain gutters, downspouts, downpipes and other exterior roof drainage profiles.
It can be suitable for compatible roll-forming applications when thickness, profile radius, strip width and coating system are matched to the production equipment. A forming trial is recommended for a new profile.
Yes. The listed slitting range is 15–2650 mm. Final slit width should be specified according to the developed gutter profile and machine feed requirement.
Excessive edge burr can interfere with coil feeding, contact forming rolls, create handling issues and affect finished profile edges. Controlled slitting is therefore important for continuous gutter production.
The existing front-side coating specification lists a nominal total thickness of 24 µm, consisting of approximately 5 µm primer and 19 µm finishing lacquer, subject to the stated tolerances.
Listed options include white, silver, anthracite grey, brown and wood-look finishes. RAL K5/K7, Pantone references and customer-specific color matching can also be discussed.
The current product information lists 405 mm and 505 mm paper-core diameters. Buyers should select the core size according to their uncoiler and production equipment.
Yes. Suitable slit coil can be supplied for rain gutters, downspouts, downpipes and related drainage profiles, provided that the width, thickness and temper are matched to the finished product and forming equipment.
Check thickness, slit width, edge burr, coating condition, color, gloss, coil winding and machine compatibility. A trial coil or forming trial is advisable when introducing a new material specification.
The existing ordering information lists a minimum quantity of approximately 2–5 metric tons per specification. Final MOQ should be confirmed according to color, width, coating and production requirements.
Please provide alloy, temper, thickness, slit width, coating requirement, color reference, gloss, core diameter, coil weight, required quantity and destination. Providing the gutter or downspout profile drawing and forming-machine feed width is also recommended.
