Dingang Color coated aluminium coils are an ‘all-rounder’ in the field of architecture. It is rich in colour, gloss and texture, and can create a highly individual and aesthetic building appearance. Its surface coating is corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant, and has a long service life in harsh climates. The material is light but strong, reducing the load on the building structure and guaranteeing the stability of the components at the same time. It has excellent heat and fire insulation performance, which is both energy-saving and safe. Processing plasticity, can be made into a variety of components, easy to install, significantly shorten the construction period, and recyclable, in line with the concept of environmental protection, for the building to inject
Colour coated aluminium coils produced by Dingang can be made into curtain wall panels of various shapes and sizes, such as rectangular, triangular, curved, etc., through cutting, bending, welding and other processes, to achieve the architect's unique design concepts and create a unique appearance for the building.

which are strong enough to be easily machined. Aluminium coils are roll coated with polyester (PET) paint on both sides, with a thickness of 25-28um for double coating and 15-18um for single coating, resulting in a smooth, even and durable surface.
Dingang’s colour coated aluminum sheets feature excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long - term durability even when exposed to harsh outdoor conditions. They are also light - weight yet strong, which makes installation easy for rolling shutter doors and blinds. The rich color options not only add aesthetic appeal but also blend well with various architectural styles.

Color coated aluminium coils have revolutionised modern construction with their weather resistance, design freedom, environmental friendliness and multi-functional integration. Its fluorocarbon coating protects against UV rays and corrosion, with an outdoor lifespan of more than 20 years (e.g. Burj Khalifa curtain wall in Dubai), while its polyester coating balances cost and durability. Through pre-coating technology, the surface of aluminium coils can be customised with simulated textures such as wood or stone grain, or artistic effects such as gradient or pearlescent, to meet architectural aesthetics.
At the environmental level, the pre-coating process reduces on-site pollution by more than 90%, and the aluminium material can be 100% recycled, which is in line with the green building trend. At the same time, the colour coated aluminium coil integrates fire protection (B1 class flame retardant), heat insulation (solar reflectivity > 80%), self-cleaning (TiO₂ photocatalysis) and other functions to enhance building performance. Its lightweight (density of only 1/3 of steel) and high strength (yield strength of 100-200MPa) characteristics are suitable for large-span structures, reducing building loads.
Typical application scenarios include high-rise curtain walls, energy-efficient roofs, anti-bacterial interiors and intelligent shading systems. Although the initial cost is slightly higher than ordinary materials, its maintenance-free and long-life advantages significantly reduce the overall cost. In the future, the development of smart coatings (e.g. power generation, temperature-sensitive colour change) will further expand their application boundaries and promote the upgrading of buildings in the direction of low carbon and intelligence.
