Excellent Molding Performance

Soft temper design ensures excellent ductility and stretchability. During the deep drawing and stamping process, it is not easy to crack or wrinkle, which can adapt to the high-speed production of baking cups and ensure stable shaping effect. At the same time, the coating will not dissolve into the stamping oil, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the production process.

Food-Grade Coating & High-Temperature Stability

Adopts food-grade non-toxic and odorless coating, which meets international food contact safety standards. When baked at 230~250℃, the coating will not peel off or fade, and only slight yellowing (a normal phenomenon) will occur. The coating is organic. If it is baked for a long time, it will be carbonized, and it is strictly prohibited to fade when the coating is intact.

Superior Color Retention & High-Temperature Resistance

The outer coating supports custom colors, and the gold coating can withstand open flame baking. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, which can adapt to alcohol lamps (above 400℃) and gas stoves (above 600℃) without discoloration or paint loss.

Inner Coating Classification (According to Baking Requirements)

1.The inner coating is mainly transparent or gold-colored, and is divided according to the type of food and baking needs, so as to ensure the safety and applicability of the product.

2.For potatoes, pork belly, beef and other common ingredients: conventional gold inner coating can be used to meet the basic baking needs and ensure the safety of food contact.

3.For skin-on meat (such as chicken wings, pork ribs) and other foods that are easy to produce oil and juice: special inner coating formula is adopted to avoid oil seepage and ensure the stability of the product during high-temperature baking.

4.Special note: When conducting performance testing, it is necessary to carry out oiling treatment on the product, instead of dry baking alone, so as to more truly simulate the actual use scenario and ensure the reliability of the coating.
