Packaging

Each aluminum foil roll is protected with waterproof PE film, kraft paper, and edge guard to avoid scratches, moisture and damage during transit. Standard paper cores (76 mm / 152 mm) are used for stable loading and unloading. Custom packaging with logo labeling is also available.

Shipping Terms

We support FOB, CIF, CFR and other international trade terms. Goods are shipped in standard 20FT / 40HQ containers with optimized loading quantity to reduce logistics cost.

Delivery Time

Normal orders take 15–25 working days after receiving deposit and confirming all specifications.

Transportation

Sea transportation is mainly adopted for large orders. Air or express delivery can be arranged for small samples and urgent orders.

We currently have 4 production lines for meal box foil (Line 1, 2, 3, and 7), plus 2 slitting lines and 1 rewinding line.

Line 1 & 2:

Substrate thickness: 0.04–0.12 mm, width: 650–1200 mm

Line 3: thickness 0.08–0.5 mm, width 800–1260 mm

Line 7: thickness 0.1–0.5 mm, width 800–1600 mm

All 4 production lines support single-side and double-side coating.

Slitting lines: Model 1300 / 1600, minimum slitting width: 180 mm.
