Embossing Patterns

The thickness range of embossed aluminum heat shields can vary depending on different standards and applications. 

Generally, the thickness of embossed aluminum heat shields is between 0.1mm and 6mm. 

The following are some specific thickness ranges based on different sources:


  • 0.2mm - 1.8mm: For embossed aluminum heat shields made of 1050, 1060, and 1100 alloys, the thickness can be in the range of 0.2mm - 1.8mm, with coil thickness typically between 0.7mm - 1.5mm.

  • 0.3mm - 3.5mm: Sheets with alloys like 1050, 1050A, 1100, 1060, 1070, 3003, and 5052 usually have a thickness range of 0.3mm - 3.5mm, and the coil thickness is also within this range.

  • 0.2mm - 2.0mm: Aluminum embossed sheets for heat shields made of alloys such as 1060, 1050, 3003, and 5052 can have a thickness range of 0.2mm - 2.0mm, with a width of 40mm - 1200mm and a length of 400mm - 1000mm.
