Sign manufacturers need aluminum that feeds smoothly, bends cleanly and maintains a professional surface through cutting, forming and installation. Automatic benders require consistent strip width, low burr, controlled camber and stable winding. Excessive hardness may cause corner cracking, while material that is too soft can deform during feeding or assembly.
