Export Packaging Standard

Each roll of louver aluminum strip is wrapped with dust-proof PE film and neutral kraft paper. The decorative surface remains protected by anti-scratch film. Rolls are fixed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with plastic strapping to prevent loose winding and deformation during ocean transportation. Clear shipping marks show alloy grade, thickness, width, color, net weight, gross weight and batch number. We can provide fumigation certificate, Mill Test Certificate and full customs documents for overseas buyers.

Inspection & After-sales Service

Seven pre-shipment inspection processes: coating thickness test, color difference check, cross-cut adhesion test, repeated bending simulation test, salt spray test, flatness detection and full surface defect screening. We provide complete technical documents. Our technical team supports free forming guidance for louver production.
