Product Introduction

AA1050 H14 color coated aluminium coil is a pure aluminum prepainted coil specially engineered for pipe insulation cladding (pipe jacketing). AA1050 is commercially pure aluminum with ≥99.5% aluminum content. H14 half-hard temper balances rigidity and excellent roll-forming & bending performance. The 0.8mm thickness is the most popular gauge for thermal insulation outer protection of pipelines.

The coil is pre-coated with PE or optional PVDF paint on the surface. It serves as the outer protective jacket over thermal insulation layers, blocking moisture, rain, dust and UV exposure. It prevents insulation material damage, maintains stable thermal performance, and delivers neat, uniform finished appearance for industrial piping systems. It can be easily roll-formed, curved and fabricated on site for pipe cladding, tank insulation and duct jacketing projects.
