Export Packaging

Brushed mirror aluminum strip coils wrapped with kraft paper and moisture-proof PE film. PE protective film cover the brushed mirror surface to prevent scratch. Coils placed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets, fixed with packing straps and stretch film. Shipping marks mark alloy grade, temper, thickness, width, color, net/gross weight and batch number. MTC and fumigation certificate available for customs clearance and incoming inspection.

Q1: What is brushed mirror surface? A: Polished to mirror high reflectivity first, then make fine continuous hairline brushing on mirror base. It has reflection plus subtle linear grain, different from plain mirror or simple matte brushed aluminum.

Q2: Recommended alloy? A: 1060 for bright mirror brushed effect; 3003 for better anti-rust; 5052 for higher strength and premium anodized color.

Q3: Can it be bent? A: Yes, O / H14 temper supports normal bending; avoid sharp small-radius bending which may damage surface grain.

Q4: Can we custom colors? A: Yes, anodized colors including silver, champagne, gold, rose gold, black are available.
