AA3003 belongs to the 3xxx-series aluminum-manganese alloy family. It provides moderate strength together with good workability and corrosion resistance, making it a practical substrate for many architectural sheet and coil applications.
AA3003 can be processed into suitable folded panels, cassette panels, cladding components and other formed products when the correct temper, thickness and bend radius are selected.
Compared with commercially pure aluminum grades, AA3003 offers increased strength while retaining useful forming capability. Final thickness and temper should be selected according to panel dimensions, supporting structure, fabrication method and project requirements.
The aluminum substrate provides inherent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, while the decorative coating provides the required marble appearance and an additional finished surface.
Marble pattern aluminum can provide a stone-inspired visual effect with substantially lower material weight than full-thickness natural stone. This makes it useful for suitable facade, cladding and interior wall systems where weight and fabrication flexibility are important.

Marble pattern coating is designed to reproduce the visual character of natural stone, including veins, tonal transitions and irregular decorative details. Different marble styles can be selected according to architectural and interior design requirements.
Colors can be developed according to RAL references or approved customer samples. Where a marble design includes several colors, the approved sample should define the overall tone and acceptable visual variation.
For facade panels installed next to each other, pattern direction should be identified before cutting and fabrication. Consistent orientation helps create the intended visual flow across the finished wall.
Large facade projects should define pattern reference, color tone, gloss and batch requirements before mass production. Where appearance is critical, an approved production sample should be retained as the comparison reference.
The main product specification lists PE coating above 18μm. The detailed paint-performance table also includes PVDF coating configurations with and without varnish. The required coating construction should therefore be confirmed according to the actual wall system, exterior exposure and project specification.

The general specification lists coating hardness above 2H, while the detailed paint-performance table lists pencil hardness at ≥1H. When pencil hardness is an acceptance requirement, specify the applicable minimum value and coating construction in the purchase specification.
The decorative coating provides a marble-inspired appearance while retaining the lower weight and fabrication flexibility of aluminum sheet. It can therefore be considered for suitable facade and decorative wall systems where a stone visual effect is desired.
Suitable aluminum specifications can be slit, cut, folded and formed into architectural components. Formability depends on alloy, temper, thickness, bend radius and coating flexibility.
The low density of aluminum helps reduce panel weight, which can simplify material handling and installation. Final facade system design must still account for wind load, panel dimensions, attachment method and applicable building requirements.
Controlled pattern production allows multiple panels to follow an agreed visual reference. For large elevations, ordering material as one coordinated project batch can help control color and pattern consistency.
In addition to marble, the product family can be supplied with wood, stone, wrinkle and other decorative patterns for coordinated exterior and interior design.
AA3003 marble pattern aluminum sheet can be fabricated into suitable exterior wall panels where decorative stone appearance, lightweight construction and corrosion-resistant aluminum are required.
The material can be incorporated into compatible cladding and rainscreen systems. Panel thickness, stiffeners, joints, fasteners and substructure should be selected according to the final facade design.
Marble-effect aluminum can be used for suitable hotels, shopping centers, offices, retail spaces and other commercial projects where stone-inspired appearance is required.
The same decorative surface can be used for interior wall systems, partitions, elevator surroundings, display areas and other visible architectural components where a marble appearance is desired.
Appropriate gauges can also be fabricated into ceilings, decorative strips, trim panels and other lightweight building components.
The customizable surface also supports signs, display panels, retail fixtures and branding applications requiring a stone-inspired finish.
Discuss Your Wall Facade Project
State the required alloy and temper. For this product, AA3003 is the primary grade, while H16 and H24 are listed temper options. Other requirements should be confirmed according to fabrication and project specifications.
