1. Choose the Right Coating System (PVDF vs. Modified Polyester)

Standard polyester coatings may degrade under high sealing temperatures (above 200°C). For demanding packaging applications, upgrade to high-grade modified polyester or specialized heat-resistant lacquers that withstand thermal stress without discoloration.
