• Food-safe raw material, meet FDA / LFGB / EU 1935/2004 standard, non-toxic and odorless for direct food contact
• O soft temper with superior deep drawing performance, stable forming during high-speed stamping, high production yield
• Extremely low pinhole count, uniform thickness, no oil contamination on foil surface
• Good rigidity after forming, the finished lunch box is anti-deformation, not easy to collapse during stacking and delivery
• Wide temperature tolerance: suitable for freezer storage and oven reheating
• Outstanding barrier performance, retain food flavor, prevent grease leakage and food oxidation
• Available for plain or coated version, can be printed or color coated
• 100% recyclable, eco-friendly alternative to plastic takeaway packaging
Aluminum ingot casting → Hot rolling → Cold rolling → Degreasing cleaning → High temperature full annealing → Pinhole & surface inspection → Slitting into jumbo mother rolls → Interleaving paper protection → Export packing Each batch will do deep drawing test, pinhole inspection and food contact safety test before shipment.

Fast food & takeaway: Disposable aluminum foil lunch box for takeout meals Catering industry: Buffet tray, hot food serving container, baking tray Airline & railway: Airline meal foil containers Pre-made food: Ready meal packaging, frozen food tray Food processing factory: Raw foil material for automatic container stamping line
Aluminum foil jumbo rolls wrapped by kraft paper and moisture-proof PE film. Anti-scratch interleaving paper between layers. Rolls loaded on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets, fixed by packing straps and stretch film. Shipping marks indicate alloy grade, temper, thickness, width, core ID, net/gross weight and batch number. MTC, food safety report and fumigation certificate are available for customs clearance and incoming inspection.
Q1: Recommended alloy for takeaway lunch box foil? A: 8011-O is most cost-effective for regular wrinkled foil boxes; 3004-O for high-grade, stiff, non-wrinkle lunch boxes; 8006-O for premium low pinhole containers.
Q2: Why O temper? A: Fully annealed O temper gives high elongation, critical for deep stamping lunch boxes without cracks. Hard temper cannot be used for container forming.
Q3: Popular thickness range? A: 0.05–0.08mm for normal disposable takeaway boxes; 0.09–0.20mm for heavy duty / no wrinkle premium trays.
Q4: Can foil box go into oven? A: Yes, our forming aluminum foil can withstand high temperature oven reheating.
Q5: Is pinhole strictly controlled? A: Yes, strict pinhole inspection, low pinhole rate to avoid oil leakage of finished lunch box.
