5. Export Packaging Standard

Each double-sided embossed double coated aluminum coil is wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and thick neutral kraft paper. Front and back textured surfaces are separately covered with anti-scratch protective film to avoid texture scratch during long-distance sea transportation. The whole coil is fixed tightly on fumigated wooden pallet with high-strength steel strapping to prevent loose roll and deformation. Standard shipping marks are printed clearly, including alloy grade, thickness, width, texture type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. Complete fumigation certificate, MTC and full set customs clearance documents can be supplied for European and overseas import inspection. Narrow slit small rolls are packed into independent sealed cartons for separate protection.

A: Item 8 only has embossed texture and coating on one side, the reverse side is flat bare aluminum or thin protective paint; our No.12 product achieves embossed texture and complete thick coating on both front and back, suitable for any double-sided visible decorative projects.

Q2: Will the embossed texture crack after bending processing?

A: We adopt flexible modified paint and low-pressure embossing technology, normal bending, folding and forming will not cause cracking or peeling of the textured coating.
