Each flame retardant aluminum sheet is separated by soft anti-scratch separating paper. The whole stack is wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and thick kraft paper to prevent dampness and surface abrasion during ocean transportation. Sheet stacks are firmly fixed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets by steel strapping to avoid collision deformation. Clear shipping marks mark alloy grade, thickness, size, coating type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. We can supply fumigation certificate, MTC, fire & smoke test reports and complete customs clearance documents for overseas engineering tender and import inspection.
Seven strict pre-shipment inspection processes: coating thickness test, color difference comparison, cross-cut adhesion test, fire & smoke performance sampling test, salt spray test, flatness inspection and full surface defect screening. We provide complete technical documents for project bidding. Our technical team offers free processing and installation guidance. Q1: What is the difference compared with ordinary prepainted aluminum sheet?
