Each low-temperature bending flexible aluminum sheet is separated by soft anti-scratch paper between layers, fully covered with transparent protective film. The whole stack is wrapped with multi-layer frost-proof PE film and thick neutral kraft paper to prevent frost and moisture damage during long-distance cold-region transportation. The sheet stack is firmly fixed on fumigated wooden pallets with high-strength steel belts to avoid collision and deformation in bumpy cold logistics. Clear shipping marks are printed outside including alloy grade, thickness, width, length, cold-resistant coating type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. Complete fumigation certificate, MTC, low-temperature flexibility test report and full customs clearance documents can be provided for overseas cold-region project inspection. Narrow slit small-size sheets are packed into independent sealed cartons for separate protection.
Seven strict pre-shipment inspection procedures are carried out: coating thickness detection, color difference comparison, cross-cut adhesion test, low-temperature bending simulation test, neutral salt spray test, flatness inspection and full surface defect screening. Complete supporting documents including Mill Test Certificate, low-temperature flexibility test report, RoHS certificate, commercial invoice and packing list can be supplied for factory audit and customs clearance. Our technical team provides free forming parameter guidance for low-temperature bending and deep drawing production at any time. If paint cracking, coating peeling or surface defects are confirmed within 7 working days after receiving goods, we will reply within 24 hours and provide targeted solutions including re-production, supplementary shipment or reasonable compensation.
