Color aluminum sheet is processed from flat mill aluminum sheet, after degreasing, chromate pretreatment, double coating baking technology. Two coating systems available: PE polyester coating for indoor use, PVDF fluorocarbon coating for long-term outdoor exposure.

The color layer adheres tightly to aluminum substrate, no peeling, fading or chalking under sunlight and rainwater. We supply solid color, metallic color, wood grain, stone grain color sheets. The base aluminum adopts 1060/3003 alloy, light weight, easy cutting, bending, punching processing. Each sheet covered with transparent PE protective film to avoid scratch during transport.
