Made of high-purity aluminum-magnesium alloy with professional H116 marine temper, it effectively resists seawater erosion, marine atmospheric oxidation and salt spray corrosion. Its anti-peeling corrosion performance is far superior to ordinary aluminum materials, avoiding rust, peeling and structural damage of hull plates in long-term marine service.
The product features moderate and balanced strength, high yield and tensile strength, and good ductility. It can resist structural deformation and impact caused by sea wave impact, ship vibration and temperature change, ensuring the overall structural stability and safety of the hull. No low-temperature brittleness ensures reliable operation in extreme low-temperature marine environments.
Adopting high-adhesion marine special coating, the surface is smooth, uniform and free of bubbles, scratches and color difference. The coating has strong weather resistance, anti-aging and anti-fading ability, which can maintain stable appearance and protective performance for a long time in harsh marine environments, reducing later maintenance costs.
The material has good cutting, bending, stamping and forming performance, adapting to various hull structural shaping processes. The welding performance is stable, no porosity and crack defects after welding, and the welding joint strength is consistent with the base material, which meets the integral forming requirements of ship hull structures.
Compared with steel hull plates, this aluminum coil has lower density, which can effectively reduce the overall weight of the ship, improve ship speed and save fuel consumption. Meanwhile, it has good fatigue resistance and structural durability, meeting strict ship safety design standards.
This 6.0mm AA5086 H116 color coated aluminium coil is professionally designed for marine hull structural manufacturing, and is widely applicable to various ship and marine engineering scenarios with high requirements for corrosion resistance and structural stability:
