AA5083 H321 color coated aluminium coil is a premium marine-grade aluminum finishing material specially optimized for ship hull shell manufacturing and marine engineering applications. Adopting 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy as the base material with H321 stabilized temper, it integrates excellent mechanical stability, ultra-strong marine corrosion resistance and high-adhesion color coating performance. The 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy base itself has natural seawater and salt spray corrosion resistance, and the H321 stabilized temper eliminates internal stress of the coil, avoiding stress corrosion cracking in marine high-humidity and high-salt environments. Equipped with imported marine anti-corrosion coating, it can long-term resist seawater erosion, ultraviolet radiation and marine climate aging, greatly extending the service life of the hull shell.
Compared with ordinary H32 temper, H321 stabilized temper has more uniform hardness and better structural stability, with strong impact resistance and bending resistance. It will not deform or crack under marine wind wave impact and low-temperature environment, perfectly adapting to the structural stress requirements of ship hull shells, and ensuring the overall structural safety of the vessel.
The product maintains good ductility and formability while ensuring high strength, supporting bending, rolling, cutting and other deep processing. It has excellent welding performance with minimal strength loss after welding, which is convenient for integral forming and on-site assembly of hull shells, effectively improving shipbuilding efficiency and reducing processing costs.
Low density and high strength-to-weight ratio realize lightweight hull structure, effectively reduce ship dead weight, reduce navigation resistance and fuel consumption, and improve ship load capacity and navigation economy, which is in line with the energy-saving and lightweight development trend of modern shipbuilding.
The high-adhesion color coating has the characteristics of scratch resistance, fade resistance and weather resistance, with bright and uniform surface color, no peeling or chalking after long-term marine service.
