Export Packaging

Mirror aluminum sheets separated by soft EPE foam sheet piece by piece to prevent scratches. The whole stack wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and kraft paper, fixed firmly on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with plastic straps. Both sides protected with removable PE protective film. Outer shipping marks mark alloy grade, thickness, size, color, reflectivity grade, gross weight, net weight and batch number. Fumigation certificate, MTC and reflectivity test report available for overseas project bidding and customs clearance.

Q1: What is the difference between anodized mirror and ordinary polished mirror aluminum?

A: Ordinary polished mirror has no protective layer, easy to scratch and oxidize; anodized mirror has a dense oxide layer on surface, hardness and corrosion resistance are greatly improved, mirror effect lasts longer.

Q2: Can anodized mirror aluminum sheet be bent?

A: Yes, standard anodized mirror supports conventional bending. For sharp 90° bending, we recommend using soft temper (O state) to avoid micro-cracks on the anodized layer.

Q3: What is the maximum reflectivity you can achieve?

A: Our premium grade anodized mirror aluminum reaches 95% reflectivity, suitable for high-end lighting and solar reflector applications.

Q4: Will the mirror surface tarnish or fade outdoors?
