Export Packaging Standard

Each roll of embossed channel letter aluminum strip is wrapped with multi-layer dust-proof PE film and neutral kraft paper. The embossed decorative surface is fully covered with anti-scratch protective film to prevent texture damage during long-distance transportation. Narrow strip rolls are fixed on small fumigated wooden pallets with plastic strapping to avoid loose winding and deformation. Clear shipping marks are printed outside, including alloy grade, thickness, width, embossed coating type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. We can provide complete fumigation certificate, MTC material test certificate and full set customs clearance documents for overseas signage factory import inspection. Small slit short strips are packed into independent sealed cartons for separate protection.
