Production Process

3003 aluminum big coil uncoiling → Degreasing cleaning → Chromium-free passivation drying → Primer coating curing → Flexible top paint coating and baking → Cooling → Protective film lamination → Precision slitting into narrow shutter aluminum strips → Flex bending inspection → Winding into small finished rolls → Packaging and warehousing

Each batch will be tested for bending paint adhesion and weather resistance before delivery.

Export Packaging

Finished narrow aluminum strips are wound into small rolls. Each roll is wrapped with moisture-proof PE film and kraft paper, then neatly arranged on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets and fixed with plastic packing belts. Outer shipping marks include alloy grade, thickness, width, color, net weight and batch number. Fumigation certificate and material test certificate can be provided for overseas procurement and customs clearance.

A: No. This product uses a flexible shutter-dedicated coating system and passes 180° bending test. Normal up-and-down rolling will not cause paint cracking or peeling.

A: Galvanized shutter strips may rust after 2–3 years outdoors, while aluminum shutter strip is more rust-resistant, lighter, quieter and has a longer service life.
