Production Process

Aluminum jumbo coil uncoiling → Degreasing & cleaning → Chromate conversion pre-treatment → Primer + top coat baking curing (for prepainted) → Surface inspection → Precision slitting to custom narrow width → Edge deburring → PE protective film lamination → Final dimension & appearance inspection → Export packing Each batch conducts bending test, coating adhesion, salt spray and UV aging test before shipment.

Export Packaging

Coils wrapped by kraft paper + moisture-proof PE film. PE protective film on coating surface to avoid scratch. Coils placed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets, fixed with packing straps and stretch film. Shipping marks mark alloy grade, temper, thickness, width, coating type, color code, net/gross weight and batch number. MTC, test reports and fumigation certificate available for customs clearance and incoming inspection.
