RAL 6013 double-sided painted aluminum coil is a prefinished aluminum material developed for gutters, roof flashing, fascia, cladding, ventilation components, architectural trim and general metal fabrication. Both surfaces can be finished in RAL 6013 Reed Green where two visible or protected faces are required.
PE polyester and PVDF fluorocarbon coating systems are available according to the required exposure environment. Coil thickness, width, inner diameter, roll length, gloss level and other production parameters can be specified in metric or imperial units to match North American fabrication equipment and project drawings.
For construction and fabrication projects in the United States and Canada, the aluminum substrate, coating performance, color tolerance and test documentation can be supplied according to the confirmed purchase specification and applicable project requirements.

RAL 6013 is officially designated Reed Green in the RAL Classic color system. It is a muted architectural green suitable for exterior trim, rainwater systems, cladding details, equipment housings and other applications requiring a subdued natural appearance.
Computer screens and printed images should not be used as the final color standard. For color-sensitive projects, RAL 6013 should be confirmed using an approved physical reference or production sample before mass coating.
Matte, semi-gloss or glossy appearance can be discussed according to the selected coating system. Color and gloss should be approved together because the same RAL shade can appear visually different at different gloss levels.

Both surfaces can be finished in RAL 6013 where the reverse face remains visible after installation or requires a finished protective appearance. This configuration is useful for trims, flashing, ventilation parts, exposed metalwork and other folded components.
For technical orders, front and reverse coating thickness, gloss and appearance should be specified separately. A product described as double-sided does not necessarily require identical coating builds on both faces unless this is stated in the purchase specification.
A production sample or approved master reference can be used to control front-to-back and batch-to-batch appearance. Where color matching is critical, the permitted color difference can be defined instrumentally as an agreed Delta E tolerance rather than described as absolute zero color difference.
PE polyester is an economical coating option for many trims, sheltered building components, indoor fabrication and moderate-service applications. It offers broad color and gloss flexibility and practical forming performance.
PVDF is generally preferred for exterior cladding, flashing, roofing accessories and other applications exposed to stronger sunlight and weathering. Required color retention, gloss retention and corrosion performance should be matched to the exact coating formulation and project environment.
For coastal locations in the United States or Canada, the complete coating system should be reviewed rather than selecting PVDF by name alone. Pretreatment, primer, topcoat thickness, reverse coating, cut edges, fasteners and chloride exposure all influence corrosion performance.
Prepainted aluminum coil can be slit and roll-formed for suitable gutters, rainwater trim and related drainage components. Alloy, temper, gauge and width should be selected according to the gutter machine and finished profile.
RAL 6013 coil can be fabricated into fascia covers, drip edges, flashing and architectural trim where a coordinated green finish is required across roofing and exterior-building components.
For cladding or exposed exterior trim, coating selection should consider UV exposure, orientation, local climate and required appearance retention. PVDF or another architectural coating system may be preferable for demanding long-term exposure.
Double-sided painted coil can be used for suitable ventilation covers, duct panels and folded sheet-metal components where both sides may remain visible. Coating selection should reflect indoor or exterior exposure.
Other uses include equipment panels, outdoor housings, signs, decorative strips and fabricated components requiring a factory-applied green finish and repeatable coil processing.
North American buyers can specify material thickness in inches, decimal gauge values or millimeters. For example, 0.025 in is approximately 0.635 mm. The purchase order should state the required nominal thickness and tolerance rather than relying only on an informal gauge description.
Coil can be slit to match gutter, flashing, trim or roll-forming lines. Providing the finished profile or machine feed width helps confirm the correct slit dimension and reduce downstream material waste.
Inner diameter, roll length and coil weight can be discussed according to the customer's decoiler, material handling equipment and production batch size.
Prepainted coil can be slit or cut to suit downstream fabrication. Edge quality, slit tolerance and protective-film requirements should be specified where the finished component has visible edges.
Coating flexibility depends on the complete paint system, film thickness, aluminum alloy, temper and bend radius. Normal fabrication can be supported with an appropriate specification, but tight hems and severe profiles should be evaluated using a T-bend test or actual production trial.
Protective film can be supplied where additional scratch protection is required during slitting, bending, assembly, transport or installation. Film adhesion and removal conditions should be matched to the coating surface and fabrication sequence.
Inspection can be carried out against the approved project specification before shipment. Where repeat orders or multiple project phases are planned, an approved master color sample is recommended.

An MTC can be supplied for the confirmed aluminum substrate where required. If the project specifies ASTM B209/B209M or another material reference, the required alloy, temper and dimensional requirements should be stated before production.
Coating-thickness, color, gloss, adhesion and other inspection records can be discussed according to the confirmed project specification and applicable test methods.
Building codes and material requirements vary by project, jurisdiction and application. Buyers should provide the required material standard, coating test standard, documentation list and acceptance criteria before order confirmation.
Coils can be wrapped with moisture-resistant plastic film and kraft paper, with edge protection added where required. Finished coils can then be secured to export-grade wooden pallets according to coil diameter and weight.
Packaging should be selected to reduce moisture exposure, surface rubbing, edge damage and movement during ocean freight and inland transportation. Special packing requirements can be included in the purchase specification.
For accurate pricing, please provide aluminum alloy and temper if specified, nominal thickness, tolerance, coil width, coil ID, preferred coil weight or length, coating system, front and reverse coating requirements, RAL 6013 color requirement, gloss, quantity and destination.
For construction or fabrication projects, also provide the application, finished profile drawing, bend radius, environmental exposure and any required ASTM or project-specific test criteria.

RAL 6013 is officially named Reed Green. A physical RAL reference or approved production sample is recommended for final color confirmation.
Yes. Both front and reverse surfaces can be supplied in RAL 6013 where a two-sided finished appearance is required. Coating thickness and gloss on each face should be included in the order specification.
Yes. Matte, semi-gloss and glossy finishes can be discussed according to the selected coating system. The approved color sample should use the intended gloss level because gloss influences visual appearance.
PE is suitable for many sheltered, mild-service and cost-sensitive applications. PVDF is generally preferred for long-term exterior building components exposed to stronger UV and weathering. Final selection should be based on the project environment and required durability.
Yes. Thickness, width and other dimensions can be specified using imperial units for US and Canadian projects. The nominal value and tolerance should be stated clearly in the purchase order.
0.025 in is approximately 0.635 mm and can be discussed as a project specification. Final availability depends on alloy, temper, width, coating system and order quantity.
A properly selected prepainted aluminum system can support bending and roll forming, but performance depends on alloy, temper, coating flexibility, film thickness and bend radius. Tight hems or severe profiles should be verified by T-bend testing or production trials.
Yes, when the alloy, temper, gauge and coating system are matched to the gutter or flashing application. Exterior durability depends primarily on the complete coating system and local environment rather than the RAL color itself.
An approved master sample can be retained as the production reference. Where required, color difference can be measured instrumentally against an agreed tolerance before shipment.
MTC, color inspection records and applicable coating-test reports can be discussed according to the confirmed order. If the project requires a specific ASTM reference or inspection method, it should be listed before production.
Please provide alloy, temper, thickness, width, coil ID, coating system, front and reverse coating requirements, RAL 6013 color, gloss, quantity and destination. Fabrication drawings are useful for roll-formed or tightly bent components.
