Product Overview

This series color aluminum coil adopts high-grade aluminum base material, with PVDF fluorocarbon coating applied through continuous coil coating production line. RAL5018 turquoise blue is one of our regular finished colors. The paint layer features strong UV resistance, anti-chalking performance and good corrosion resistance, which can resist daily wind, rain and temperature change for exterior construction use, and reduce later maintenance work after installation.

We support flexible processing service for global customers. According to your drawings and machining requirements, we can slit wide master coils into narrow strips, cut coils into fixed-length flat sheets, and control dimensional tolerance within industry standards. Pre-processed materials can be directly used for bending, profiling and stamping, helping you cut extra processing costs and shorten production cycle.

Besides the regular RAL5018 finish, we arrange mass production for most mainstream RAL solid colors. For custom color requirements of specific projects, we will confirm color swatches, production lead time and minimum order quantity before order confirmation.

All processing is finished in our factory. We provide seaworthy packaging for finished strips or flat sheets, fully suitable for long-distance ocean transportation to overseas markets.

Color Options

We offer most widely used solid RAL colors for roofing, facade and architectural decoration projects. If your project requires special colors outside standard RAL range, we can produce paint samples for your approval prior to mass manufacturing.
