Export Packaging Standard

Each PVDF fluorocarbon coated aluminum coil is wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and thick kraft paper. The coil is then fixed on a fumigated wooden pallet with steel strapping to prevent movement and deformation during sea transportation. The coated surface is protected by PE film to avoid scratches, dust and contamination. Shipping labels can include alloy grade, thickness, width, net weight, batch number, color code and destination information. Fumigation certificate can be provided for overseas customs clearance.

Inspection & After-sales Service

Before shipment, each batch undergoes strict inspection, including coating thickness test, color difference comparison, gloss test, cross-cut adhesion test, salt spray resistance test, surface defect inspection and dimension verification.
