3003 Aluminum Alloy Base
3003 aluminum alloy provides good strength, uniform material performance and excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for exterior building materials that require long-term stability and structural reliability.
High-Performance PVDF Fluorocarbon Coating
The coating contains 70% Kynar 500 PVDF resin, which ensures excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and color stability. It is recognized as one of the most reliable coating systems for exterior curtain wall applications.
Superior Outdoor Weather Resistance
This PVDF coated aluminum coil can resist long-term sunlight, rain, salt spray and temperature changes. It is suitable for coastal areas, high-rise buildings and harsh outdoor environments.
Matte Anti-Glare Surface
The matte fluorocarbon finish reduces strong light reflection and avoids mirror-like glare on building facades. It creates a calm, modern and premium visual effect for exterior walls.
Strong Coating Adhesion
Complete surface degreasing, cleaning and chemical passivation treatment improve the bonding force between aluminum substrate and fluorocarbon coating. The coating maintains good adhesion during cutting, bending and forming.
Long Service Life
Under normal outdoor conditions, PVDF fluorocarbon coating can provide more than 20–30 years of service life, effectively reducing fading, chalking and peeling risks.
Customizable Colors and Specifications
Available in full RAL color system, metallic colors and custom color matching. Different coil thicknesses, widths and coating structures can be provided according to project requirements.
Suitable for ACP and Curtain Wall Panels
This aluminum coil is an ideal raw material for aluminum composite panels, solid aluminum curtain wall panels, facade cladding panels and other exterior building products.

Each PVDF fluorocarbon coated aluminum coil is wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and thick kraft paper. The coil is then fixed on a fumigated wooden pallet with steel strapping to prevent movement and deformation during sea transportation. The coated surface is protected by PE film to avoid scratches, dust and contamination. Shipping labels can include alloy grade, thickness, width, net weight, batch number, color code and destination information. Fumigation certificate can be provided for overseas customs clearance.
Before shipment, each batch undergoes strict inspection, including coating thickness test, color difference comparison, gloss test, cross-cut adhesion test, salt spray resistance test, surface defect inspection and dimension verification. Complete documents can be provided, such as MTC material test certificate, coating performance report, RoHS certificate, MSDS, commercial invoice and packing list. If any quality problem is found within 7 working days after receiving goods, please provide clear photos and video evidence. The technical team will respond within 24 hours and provide solutions such as re-production, supplementary shipment or reasonable compensation.
Q1: What is PVDF fluorocarbon coating?
A: PVDF fluorocarbon coating is a high-performance paint system with excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and salt spray resistance. It is widely used for exterior curtain wall panels and long-life building facades.
Q2: How long does PVDF coated aluminum coil last outdoors?
A: Under normal outdoor conditions, PVDF fluorocarbon coating can last more than 20–30 years with stable color and good coating integrity.
Q3: Can PVDF coated aluminum coil be used for ACP production?
A: Yes, PVDF coated aluminum coil is one of the most suitable raw materials for aluminum composite panels, especially for exterior grade ACP.
Q4: What is the difference between PE and PVDF coated aluminum coil?
A: PE coating is more suitable for indoor decoration, while PVDF coating is designed for outdoor applications that require long-term weather resistance, anti-fading and salt spray resistance.
Q5: Can you make custom matte colors for building projects?
A: Yes, we can provide custom color matching according to customer samples or RAL color codes. Metallic colors and special matte finishes are also available.
