Process:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: Select high-purity 3003 aluminum ingots, conduct chemical composition and mechanical property tests to ensure compliance with standards.

  2. Melting & Casting: Melt the ingots in a professional furnace, cast into aluminum slabs (hot-rolled billets) through continuous casting technology.

  3. Hot Rolling & Cold Rolling: Hot-roll the slabs into thick coils (6-10mm), then cold-roll to the target thickness (0.3-1.2mm) with precise thickness control.

  4. Annealing Treatment: Heat the cold-rolled coils in an annealing furnace (300-400℃) to improve ductility and reduce internal stress.

  5. Surface Pretreatment: Degrease, rinse, and conduct chromate conversion coating (or passivation) to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

  6. Color Coating: Apply primer and topcoat (PE/PVDF) via roller coating machine—control coating thickness evenly with automatic monitoring.

  7. Curing Process: Bake the coated coils in a curing oven (230-250℃) to ensure coating curing and adhesion.

  8. Slitting & Cutting: Slit the large coils into custom widths, cut into fixed-length coils or sheets according to customer requirements.

  9. Quality Inspection: Test coating adhesion, thickness, color consistency, and mechanical properties; conduct salt spray tests for corrosion resistance.

  10. Packaging & Shipping: Wrap coils with moisture-proof film, kraft paper, and steel rings; load into containers with anti-collision protection for export.
