Export Packaging Standard

Each anti-static conductive aluminum sheet is separated by soft dust-free separating paper between layers, full surface protective film intact. The whole stack is wrapped with multi-layer anti-static PE film and thick neutral kraft paper to isolate external static interference and sea moisture during long-distance shipping. The sheet stack is tightly fixed on fumigated IPPC wooden pallets with high-strength steel strapping to avoid collision scratch. Clear shipping marks printed outside including alloy grade, thickness, width, length, conductive anti-static coating type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. We can supply complete fumigation certificate, MTC, SGS anti-static performance test report and full customs clearance documents for overseas electronic factory project audit and import inspection. Small narrow slit sheets are packed into independent sealed cartons.
