The whole production adopts continuous coil coating line. Steps include aluminum coil uncoiling → surface degreasing and cleaning → chemical conversion treatment → primer coating → top coat curing → back coating → cooling → quality inspection → slitting / rewinding → finished product packing. The conversion treatment enhances coating adhesion, avoiding paint drop during later bending and forming. Each production batch goes through strict inspection on coating thickness, color difference, T-bend and impact resistance.

We carry out full range tests before shipment, including coating thickness test, color difference test, T-bend flexibility test, impact resistance test, adhesion cross-cut test and salt spray test. All test reports can be provided as MTC. Every roll is checked for flatness, surface scratch and dimensional tolerance to guarantee stable quality for ceiling panel manufacturers.
Standard seaworthy export packing. Aluminum coils are wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, fixed on fumigated wooden pallets. Edge protection is equipped to prevent edge damage during sea transport. We can adjust packing solution based on customer’s special requirements for container loading.
