Aluminum panels separated by protective separating paper. Whole stack wrapped with moisture-proof PE film and kraft paper. Fastened on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with strapping tape. Clear shipping marks marked on outside including alloy grade, thickness, width, length, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. We can provide fumigation certificate, MTC and solar reflectance test documents for overseas construction project tender and customs clearance.
Q1: What is the actual energy saving effect?
A: It can reflect more than 85% of solar heat radiation, reduce the outer wall surface temperature by 15-25℃ in hot summer, lower indoor temperature by 3-8℃, and save about 20% of air conditioning electricity consumption.
Q2: What is the difference from ordinary color coated aluminum panel?
A: Ordinary color coated aluminum panel absorbs solar heat and heats up quickly; this panel adds functional reflective fillers in the coating, which actively reflects solar heat radiation, has obvious cooling and energy saving effect.
Q3: How long is the service life?
A: PVDF coating type has 20+ years outdoor service life, PE coating type has 10+ years service life, and the solar reflection performance will not decay during long-term use.
Q4: Can it be bent and processed on site?
A: Yes. The reflective coating has excellent flexibility, conventional bending, punching and cutting will not damage the reflective layer, and the energy saving effect remains stable after processing.
Q5: Do dark colors have high reflection effect?
A: Light colors (white, light gray, silver gray) have the highest solar reflectance and best energy saving effect. We also provide cool dark color series, but the reflectance is lower than light colors. Light colors are recommended for energy saving priority projects.
