Each non-stick coated cookware aluminum coil is wrapped with multi-layer dust-proof and moisture-proof PE film plus thick neutral kraft paper. The non-stick coating surface is fully covered with high temperature resistant protective film to avoid friction scratches during stamping and long-distance sea transportation. Coils are fixed tightly on fumigated wooden pallets with high-strength steel strapping to prevent loose roll and deformation. Clear shipping marks are printed including alloy grade, thickness, width, coating type, color code, net weight, gross weight and batch number. Complete fumigation certificate, MTC, LFGB/FDA food safety test reports and full set customs clearance documents can be supplied for overseas kitchenware factory import inspection. Narrow slit small coils are packed into independent sealed cartons for separate protection.
We carry out eight strict pre-shipment inspections: coating thickness test, food contact migration test, high temperature baking resistance test, deep drawing simulation test, cross-cut coating adhesion test, color difference inspection, flatness detection and full surface defect screening. Complete supporting documents including Mill Test Certificate, LFGB & FDA food safety report, RoHS environmental certificate, commercial invoice and packing list can be provided for customer factory audit and customs clearance. A: Item 6 only has common food-safe PE coating without non-stick function, needs secondary spraying for cookware; No.14 has integrated high-temperature non-stick coating, can be directly stamped into finished pans without re-spraying.
