Production Process

Aluminum coil raw material feeding → Continuous degreasing cleaning → Non-chromium passivation treatment → Constant temperature drying → Primer roller coating and curing → Top coat roller coating and secondary baking → Natural cooling → Precision continuous profiling bending → Fixed length cutting → Surface quality inspection → Protective film lamination → Stacking and export packaging. Each batch is sampled for coating adhesion and salt spray test to guarantee outdoor waterproof and anti-aging performance.

Aluminum trim strips separated by protective film. Bundled by specification and wrapped with moisture-proof kraft paper and PE film. Fastened on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with strapping tape.
