Marble finish aluminum adopts continuous coil coating and thermal transfer printing technology. Process flow: aluminum coil uncoiling → degreasing and cleaning → chemical conversion treatment → primer coating → base top coating → marble grain thermal transfer → curing → protective film lamination → cooling → online quality inspection → slitting / rewinding → finished product packing. The thermal transfer process fuses marble pattern tightly with paint layer to prevent pattern peeling during subsequent forming. Each batch will inspect grain fidelity, coating adhesion and weather resistance.

Complete quality tests are performed before shipment: coating thickness test, grain & color difference check, cross-cut adhesion test, T-bend flexibility test, impact resistance test, salt spray test and UV accelerated aging test. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) can be supplied. We check surface flatness, scratch and pattern integrity for every coil to guarantee high decorative standard.
Standard seaworthy export packing. Aluminum coils wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic film, fixed on fumigated wooden pallets. Edge protectors are equipped to avoid edge damage during ocean transportation. Custom packing solution is available upon special container loading requirements.
Q: What coating option for outdoor marble finish aluminum?
A: PVDF or HDP coating is recommended for exterior use to ensure long-term anti-fading of marble pattern. PE coating is suitable for indoor decoration only.
