Production Process

3003 aluminum coil feeding → continuous degreasing cleaning → chromium-free environmental passivation → constant temperature drying → low-VOC water-based polyester primer coating & curing → top coating baking → cooling film covering → fixed-size cutting → VOC emission sampling inspection → flatness detection → classified stacking → moisture-proof export packaging

Each batch will conduct VOC test, formaldehyde detection and fire performance test before delivery.

Export Packaging

Aluminum sheets separated by anti-scratch kraft paper one by one. The whole stack is wrapped with multi-layer moisture-proof PE film and kraft paper, fixed firmly on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with plastic straps. Shipping marks are printed outside including alloy model, thickness, size, color, gross weight, net weight and batch number. We can provide fumigation certificate, MTC, VOC environmental test report for overseas green building project bidding and customs clearance.

Q1: Can it be installed and occupied immediately?
