Production Process

Aluminum coil feeding → Circulation degreasing cleaning → Chromium-free environmental passivation → Constant temperature hot air drying → Primer coating & curing → High hardness PU topcoat roller coating & high-temperature baking → natural cooling → anti-scratch protective film lamination → fixed-length cutting → hardness & scratch resistance sampling test → coating inspection → finished stacking & dust-proof packaging.

Each batch will pass steel wool scratch test before delivery to guarantee stable wear-resistant performance.

Export Packaging

Aluminum sheets separated by protective separating paper. Whole stack wrapped with moisture-proof PE film and kraft paper. Fastened on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets with strapping tape. Clear shipping marks marked on outside. We can provide fumigation certificate, MTC and scratch test documents for overseas project tender and customs clearance.
