AA5052 color coated aluminum coil is a premium Al-Mg series alloy coil specially optimized for truck carriage manufacturing. AA5052 alloy itself has natural marine-grade corrosion resistance, and the high-performance organic coating forms a dense protective layer on the surface. It effectively resists ultraviolet radiation, rainwater, snow, road salt, chemical mist and humid environments, avoiding rust, peeling and discoloration. The service life is twice longer than traditional steel plates, and it requires no anti-corrosion repainting maintenance in daily use.
The density of aluminum alloy is only 1/3 of steel, which greatly reduces the overall weight of the truck carriage, effectively reducing vehicle fuel consumption and improving loading capacity. Compared with 1100 and 3003 aluminum coils, AA5052 has higher fatigue strength and structural stability, resisting vibration and impact during long-distance transportation, and avoiding carriage deformation and damage.
The product has balanced hardness and toughness, supporting bending, stamping, cutting, welding and other deep processing. The coating has strong flexibility, no cracking or peeling during bending processing, which can meet the production requirements of various complex-shaped truck carriage panels, interior baffles and decorative parts.
Aluminum alloy has 5 times higher thermal conductivity than steel. For refrigerated trucks, it can quickly adjust the internal temperature, reduce refrigeration energy consumption by about 15%, and improve the insulation effect.
