1100 H14 0.70mm aluminum circle is a half-hard aluminum blank designed for cookware covers, lids, shallow-formed kitchenware, stamped components, spinning parts and other applications requiring a practical balance between formability and shape stability.
AA1100 is a commercially pure aluminum alloy with good corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and workability. H14 temper provides higher rigidity than fully annealed O temper while retaining suitable forming performance for controlled shallow drawing, pressing, bending and spinning operations.
Dingang supplies 0.70 mm 1100-H14 aluminum circles in custom diameters for cookware manufacturers, kitchenware factories and industrial forming applications. Diameter tolerance, edge condition, surface quality and packing can be confirmed according to the production line and finished component.

H14 is a strain-hardened half-hard temper. Compared with fully annealed O temper, H14 provides greater rigidity and better resistance to unwanted deformation while retaining useful formability for suitable shallow-forming operations.
A 0.70 mm 1100-H14 aluminum circle is particularly suitable for light-gauge cookware components such as lids and covers where the finished part requires controlled forming together with enough stiffness to retain its shape.
The material can be used for compatible stamping, pressing and shallow drawing operations. Tool design, forming depth, lubrication, blank diameter and process speed should be matched to the H14 temper.
AA1100 aluminum provides good thermal conductivity, making it practical for cookware, kitchenware and other applications where heat transfer is important.
The high aluminum content of AA1100 provides good resistance to normal atmospheric corrosion and makes the alloy suitable for a wide range of formed consumer and industrial products.

Mechanical properties vary with alloy, thickness, production route and the material standard specified in the purchase order. The following ranges are production reference values from the existing aluminum circle product information; final requirements should be confirmed before ordering.
| Temper | Referenced Thickness Range | Referenced Tensile Strength | Referenced Elongation |
| O | 0.36–10 mm | 60–100 MPa | ≥20% |
| H12 | 0.5–10 mm | 70–120 MPa | ≥4% |
| H14 | 0.5–10 mm | 85–120 MPa | ≥2% |
For a nominal 0.70 mm product, consistent thickness helps maintain predictable press force, forming depth and finished-part rigidity. Required thickness tolerance should be agreed before bulk production.
Circle diameter should match the tooling and finished component dimensions. Excess blank size increases material waste, while insufficient diameter can affect final flange and edge dimensions.
The blank edge should be suitable for handling and forming. Excessive burrs can create handling problems and may affect subsequent pressing, spinning or trimming operations.
Controlled flatness helps automatic feeding, stacking and positioning during high-volume stamping or cookware production.
The visible surface should be checked for deep scratches, dents, oxidation marks, contamination and other defects that may remain visible after forming or finishing.
Consistent H14 condition is important for repeatable springback, forming force and shape retention between production batches.
Specify whether the circle will be used for a cookware lid, cover, shallow utensil, stamped part, spun component or another product. Finished geometry determines the required temper and blank size.
H14 is suitable for many shallow-forming operations, but a deeply drawn component may require a softer temper. Provide the forming depth or finished drawing so the material condition can be reviewed.
This SKU uses a nominal thickness of 0.70 mm. Provide the required circle diameter and dimensional tolerances based on the die, forming allowance and finished component size.
State whether the finished part will be polished, anodized, painted, coated or left mill-finish. Surface requirements can influence material handling and inspection criteria.
If your purchase specification requires a particular ASTM, EN, GB or customer standard, state it clearly in the inquiry so chemical composition, mechanical properties and tolerances can be reviewed before production.

It is a circular blank made from AA1100 aluminum in H14 half-hard temper. The material provides more rigidity than annealed O temper while retaining useful formability for suitable stamping, shallow drawing and spinning operations.
Typical applications include cookware lids, pot covers, kettle components, shallow-formed kitchenware, stamped parts and other thin-gauge circular components requiring useful shape stability.
H14 can be used for suitable shallow drawing and forming, but it has lower ductility than fully annealed O temper. Deep cookware bodies or severe drawing operations may require a softer temper depending on the drawing ratio and tooling.
1100-H14 is half-hard and provides greater rigidity and shape retention. 1100-O is fully annealed and softer, providing greater ductility for applications requiring more severe forming.
The listed aluminum circle production range covers diameters from 20 mm to 1200 mm. Final availability depends on alloy, temper, thickness, diameter and order quantity.
