Anti-corrosion aluminium coil is designed for coastal roofing, marine construction, island developments, port buildings and architectural projects exposed to salt-laden air, high humidity, strong sunlight and frequent rainfall. The material combines a corrosion-resistant aluminum substrate with a protective prepainted coating system for long-term exterior use.
Available in AA3003, AA3105, AA5005 and AA5052 alloys, the coil can be supplied with PVDF, FEVE, HDP or marine-grade PE coatings. Thickness ranges from 0.25 mm to 3.00 mm and width from 30 mm to 1600 mm, with custom RAL, Pantone and sample-matched colors available for roofing manufacturers, roll-forming companies, distributors and project contractors.

Coastal roofs are repeatedly exposed to airborne chlorides, moisture, wind-driven rain and condensation. Aluminum provides inherent atmospheric corrosion resistance, while the pretreatment, primer and exterior coating create additional barriers between the environment and the metal substrate.
PVDF and FEVE coating systems are available for exterior projects requiring stronger resistance to ultraviolet exposure, color change, chalking and long-term weathering. HDP and marine-grade PE options can also be evaluated according to exposure severity, project life requirements and budget.
The alloy, temper and coating system can be matched to roll-forming, corrugating, bending and standing-seam fabrication. Correct material selection helps the coating remain bonded around ribs, hems, lock seams and formed edges during production.
Aluminum provides a lightweight solution for large roof areas and can reduce handling weight during transportation, roll-forming and installation. Final roofing gauge and structural design should always be determined according to panel geometry, span, wind load and applicable project requirements.
The coil is available in RAL, Pantone and customer-approved colors with glossy, matte, metallic and embossed surface options. Color, gloss and surface texture can be coordinated for roofing, cladding, fascia, flashing and rainwater components used on the same project.

Send Your Alloy, Gauge, Color & Coating Requirements
AA3003 offers good formability and corrosion resistance for general roofing panels, flashing, fascia and formed architectural components. It is suitable for projects where efficient forming and economical material selection are priorities.
AA3105 is commonly used for prepainted building products and provides a practical balance of strength and formability for standing seam panels, corrugated roofing, wall cladding, fascia and rainwater systems.
AA5005 can be selected for architectural exterior applications requiring good corrosion resistance, surface consistency and reliable forming performance. Temper and gauge should be matched to the finished panel profile and forming process.
AA5052 provides higher strength than typical 3000-series roofing alloys and is often evaluated for demanding coastal environments, exterior building components and applications where additional dent resistance or structural rigidity is required.
PVDF is available for demanding exterior roofing and architectural projects requiring strong resistance to ultraviolet exposure, weathering and color deterioration. Typical applications include seaside hotels, airports, terminals, commercial buildings and premium standing-seam roofing.
FEVE coating can be selected where exterior durability, gloss retention and architectural appearance are important. It is suitable for commercial buildings, public facilities, façades and other visible exterior applications.
HDP offers a performance and cost balance for industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics centers and residential developments. For severe salt exposure, the complete HDP formulation and project environment should be reviewed before specification.
Marine-grade PE options can be considered for cost-sensitive roofing and building projects where the required exposure level is compatible with the selected coating specification. For severe coastal conditions or projects requiring longer appearance retention, PVDF or FEVE should also be evaluated.
The coil can be roll-formed into standing seam roof panels for seaside hotels, resorts, villas, airports, commercial buildings and public facilities. Alloy temper, coating flexibility and seam geometry should be confirmed against the forming equipment.
Corrugated and trapezoidal profiles are suitable for warehouses, factories, logistics facilities and industrial buildings in humid and coastal areas. Coil width and thickness can be matched to the customer's profiling line.
Applications include cargo-terminal buildings, harbor warehouses, maintenance facilities, ferry terminals and other structures exposed to humid sea air. Coating selection should reflect the actual chloride exposure and maintenance conditions of the project.
Prepainted aluminium can also be fabricated into wall cladding, façade panels and architectural profiles where corrosion resistance, low weight and consistent color are required.
Slit coils can be supplied for gutters, downpipes, ridge caps, flashing, soffits, fascia and trim. Matching colors can be produced to coordinate the complete exterior roofing and rainwater system.
Material can be configured for continuous roll-forming, corrugating, bending and seaming. For demanding profiles, customers can provide panel drawings, bend radii and forming-machine information so the alloy, temper and coating flexibility can be reviewed before production.
Widths from 30 mm to 1600 mm and coil weights from 1 MT to 5 MT are available within the confirmed production specification. Slit widths can be prepared for roofing, gutter, flashing and trim production lines.
Colors can be matched to RAL, Pantone or approved physical samples. For phased projects or repeat orders, an approved color standard should be retained to support batch-to-batch consistency.
Optional protective film can be applied for downstream roll-forming, handling and installation. Customized film printing, dimensions, finishes, labeling and private-label packaging can be discussed for distributor and OEM programs.
Production batches can be inspected against agreed dimensional, surface and coating requirements before shipment. Test requirements should be confirmed according to the coating system and project specification.

AA3003 and AA3105 are practical options for general prepainted roofing because of their formability and corrosion resistance. AA5005 and AA5052 can be evaluated where the project requires higher strength or more demanding coastal exposure. Final selection should also consider the coating system and roof profile.
PVDF and FEVE are normally evaluated first for demanding exterior projects requiring strong UV, weather and color-retention performance. However, coastal durability depends on the complete coating construction, including pretreatment, primer, topcoat, back coat and dry-film thickness.
Suitable configurations can be developed for salt-spray requirements up to 3000 hours. The required test method, coating system, sample preparation and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before production because not every coating configuration has the same salt-spray performance.
