3003 prepainted aluminum coil is a premium aluminum-manganese alloy coated coil specially customized for guard bar production. Based on 3003 H14/H18 alloy substrate, it adopts high-quality PE, SMP or PVDF environmental coating through continuous roller coating process. The product integrates lightweight, excellent corrosion resistance, superior formability and stable color performance. It is the ideal raw material for processing highway guard bars, landscape guardrails, isolation barriers and safety protection fences, perfectly adapting to long-term outdoor harsh working environments.

The 3003 aluminum-manganese substrate features inherent rust-proof performance. Matched with high-performance PVDF/PE coating, it effectively resists UV radiation, rain erosion and atmospheric corrosion, with a service life up to 10–20 years, no fading or peeling for outdoor guard bar use.
Low density of 2.73g/cm³, 35% lighter than steel guard bar materials. It reduces overall structural load and transportation cost, while maintaining moderate tensile strength to ensure the impact resistance and stability of guard bars.
Good ductility and coating adhesion, supporting bending, stamping, rolling and cutting without coating cracking or falling off. It is fully adaptable to various guard bar shaping processes and improves production efficiency.
