AA1100 H24 0.8mm aluminum alloy coil is a mainstream 1000-series industrial pure aluminum coil with aluminum purity over 99.00%. The H24 temper refers to half-hard cold rolling with partial annealing treatment, which balances moderate tensile strength and excellent bending formability. Customized for pipeline cladding, heat preservation ducts and light-duty metal containers, this 0.8mm fixed-thickness coil features uniform surface tension, zero pinholes and stable dimensional tolerance. It complies with ASTM B209 international aluminum industry standards and passes SGS, BV raw material testing for industrial and marine corrosive working conditions.

Compared with soft O temper 1100 aluminum coil, H24 temper provides 35% higher structural rigidity, avoiding deformation after pipe bending and container rolling. Meanwhile, it retains enough ductility without cracking during deep drawing, curling and edge folding, perfectly matching secondary processing for thin-wall pipe casings and sealed storage containers. Unlike over-hard H18 aluminum, it requires no pre-heating before bending to cut processing costs.
As high-purity pure aluminum, AA1100 automatically forms a dense alumina protective film on the surface. It resists atmospheric oxidation, weak acid and weak alkali corrosion, suitable for outdoor pipeline insulation cladding, petrochemical general pipelines and rain-exposed container shells. No extra anti-rust coating is required for conventional inland and coastal non-severe marine environments, reducing later maintenance cycles.
The thermal conductivity reaches 222 W/(m·K), which supports stable heat insulation and heat dissipation for heating, ventilation and cooling pipelines. With a density of only 2.71g/cm³, it reduces overall load for pipeline support structures compared with galvanized steel sheets, lowering construction transportation and installation costs.
Adopting 6-level cold rolling and online surface inspection, the 0.8mm coil has uniform internal stress, no wave edges, no color difference and no residual rolling oil. It can be directly welded, riveted and anodized without pre-polishing, compatible with automated pipeline production lines.
